Behind every glowing Christmas tree, every snowfall effect, every perfectly aligned arch and illuminated alley at Bagatelle Mall, there is a team working against the clock: lifting, wiring, testing, adjusting, fixing, smiling… and doing it all again.

Creating a full White Christmas experience inside an operational mall is not about décor alone.

Before the first ornament was unpacked, IPG teams were already deep in:

  • Hanging points and structural checks
  • Cable routing hidden from public view
  • Timelines broken down to the hour
