  → Ensures nothing competes with the hotel’s existing chandeliers.

3 – Linear table setup aligned with the arches 
  → Makes the dinner feel intentional, not improvised.

These choices were made in minutes, years of experience compressed into seconds.

STEP 6 — Full Build & Styling 
Now the race begins.

  • Lighting team adjusts temperature of built-in lights
  • Technicians hide cabling for a seamless look
  • Tables are laid and dressed
  • Florals are arranged
  • LED candles and detail elements are installed
  • Sound system is recalibrated to match the lobby acoustics
  • Last-minute décor touches warm the space

By the 90-minute mark, the space looks like it was planned for days.
