From weather-ready truss to blackout marquees and athlete-proof flooring—built to compete.
Sports unite communities—but behind every cheer, anthem, and kickoff is an infrastructure designed to keep athletes safe, officials focused, and spectators comfortable.
On 16 August 2025, the Jeux de l’Ouest opened at Stade Germain Comarmond in Bambous, bringing together regional athletes for football, athletics, and cultural showcases. To support this community milestone, Impact Production Group (IPG) deployed a robust system of truss shelters, sound/backline, blackout marquees, flooring, and crowd seating.
Our role: deliver resilient builds and reliable tech so the only spotlight was on the athletes.
- Truss + cover – Fast-rigged, wind-ready structures to shelter officials, performers, and ceremonies.
- Backline & PA system – Rider-friendly support for artists, tuned for speech intelligibility during announcements.
- Blackout marquees – Controlled light for cameras, shade for comfort, and heat reduction for long schedules.
- Flooring casket + carpet – Sturdy walkways and VIP platforms that protected turf and kept zones stable.
- Seating & comfort – Banquet chairs, power distribution, and fans for spectator safety and ease.

The Germain Comarmond Stadium is a multi-use sports venue (~5,000 capacity) with a track, pitch, and history of hosting national/regional competitions. Its scale made it the perfect site for IPG’s modular event infrastructure, engineered to adapt to changing weather and community needs.

IPG’s technical crew worked on a tight schedule:
- Rigging truss with safety checks for wind.
- Calibrating the PA for athlete announcements and performances.
- Laying flooring to withstand thousands of footsteps without damaging the pitch.
- Positioning blackout marquees for broadcast-quality visuals.
Resilience wasn’t optional—it was the design brief.
We thank the Medine District Council and organizing teams for their trust, and salute our IPG crew for precision builds under pressure.
