Arrival Under the Glow

The sun dips low, the air softens, and guests wander out onto the lawn. At first, they see silhouettes, tall bamboo triangles rising against the horizon. Then the lights flicker on. Strings of festoon bulbs glow overhead, rattan chandeliers sway gently, and laughter carries through the breeze.

This isn’t just a buffet.

This is a village of light, a gathering of flavors, a space designed to make dining feel magical.

It’s Buffet in the Tipi, imagined and brought to life by Impact Production Group.

A Village Built for Sharing

The Tipi is no ordinary structure. Crafted from natural bamboo, it rises like a glowing beacon: open-air, warm, and welcoming. Guests don’t queue in silence here. They gather. They pause under the lights. They meet friends at the station before heading back to their table.

Each buffet is framed, lit, and styled as if it were part of the décor.

The food becomes theatre, the Tipi its stage.

The Glow That Makes It Different

What makes it unforgettable isn’t just the food; it’s the feeling.

  • Festoon strings stretching between Tipis
  • Handmade rattan chandeliers swaying overhead
  • Long wooden buffet tables dressed in linen and florals
  • Lanterns casting soft shadows as night settles in

Guests don’t just serve themselves. They linger. They look up. They smile.

A Story From Sugar Beach

In March 2025, IPG transformed the Sugar Beach Resort lawn into a buffet village. Six glowing Tipis, each sheltering a station of flavors. Guests strolled barefoot on the grass, plates in hand, stopping to chat under chandeliers or laugh beneath festoon lights.

One guest turned to the groom and said:

“I’ve never seen a buffet like this. It felt like a festival — but elegant.”

That’s the difference. A buffet can be service. Or it can be memory.

Sustainable by Design

Every detail is intentional:

  • Bamboo and rattan, sourced sustainably
  • LED lighting, energy-efficient and warm
  • Modular structures that can be reused and reshaped for the next event

Beauty that doesn’t cost the earth.

Why It Works

Because it’s not about food alone.

It’s about how people feel when they gather.

It’s about the laughter under the lights, the glow on faces, the story they’ll tell long after the last plate is cleared.

That’s what IPG creates with Buffet in the Tipi.

Your buffet can be more than a line of tables.

It can be an atmosphere. A glow. A story your guests will remember.

Let IPG bring the Tipi experience to your wedding, gala, or private dinner.
